Senior Legal Counsel
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating optimal corporate organisation and ensuring compliance in corporate governance
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and other legal agreements across the business
- Leading the development and management of the company's IP strategy, including liaising with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years plus PQE commercial lawyer with a minimum of 4 years in house experience in an international environment
- Commercially aware with in-depth in-house legal experience, preferably within a technological environment
- Experience in software licensing, privacy and data protection, and corporate law
