Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on various issues including contract negotiation, product development, and regulatory compliance
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts ensuring compliance with legal requirements
• Conduct legal reviews of marketing materials and collaborate with cross-functional teams for legal support

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of legal practice experience, preferably in-house and private practice
• Qualified to practice law in the US/UK or another relevant jurisdiction
• Experience in the crypto industry is preferred
• Organized and analytical with strong ownership of tasks
• Ability to work flexibly across time zones and business teams
