Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support for existing and new business models

• Prepare and review legal documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Law with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate legal department or law firm
• Strong background in digital business, privacy matters, and intellectual property
• Strategic vision with the ability to analyze processes and propose solutions
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Knowledge of international laws related to corporate matters is a plus
