Senior Legal Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide contract reviews and legal advice on proposals, contracts, and operational matters
• Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with clients and identify risks in contractual terms
• Analyze legal matters related to project execution and participate in strategic planning activities

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in construction, engineering, or environmental fields
• Working knowledge of industry business practices and experience in negotiating various contracts
• Experience with engineering or technology product teams is highly desirable
• Must be willing to telecommute into the office when required
