Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage commercial contracting across the full deal lifecycle, including negotiation and execution
Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, supporting sales teams on enterprise contracts and renewals
Develop and maintain templates and scalable contracting processes to enhance deal velocity and compliance

Required Qualifications

J.D. (or equivalent) and active U.S. bar membership in good standing
5+ years of post-qualification legal experience
Experience across the software procurement lifecycle (SaaS and/or on-prem) from a vendor or enterprise perspective
