Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to provide in-house legal guidance to various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze regulations related to marketing and fundraising initiatives to support relevant teams
• Collaborate with legal and public policy professionals on the impact of Generative AI
• Support the development of a data governance model to maintain privacy standards

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school or equivalent foreign degree with significant U.S. legal experience
• Experience with product, privacy, and internet law issues, preferably in a global digital technology context
• 5-7 years of experience in legal review of market strategies and technical products
• Significant experience advising engineering teams to achieve organizational goals
• Experience in marketing, fundraising, and campaign management is preferred
