Senior Legal Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to manage its legal function and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all commercial contracting and support deal execution with Sales and Revenue teams
• Build and manage legal operations, including contract lifecycle management and documentation workflows
• Act as a trusted advisor on legal, risk, and business decisions to the Leadership Team

Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of legal experience, preferably in-house in tech/SaaS or private practice
• Strong background in commercial contracting, particularly within SaaS or high-growth environments
• Experience as a legal generalist across multiple domains, including privacy, corporate, and compliance
• Experience in startup or international business environments is highly preferred
• Admission to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction is advantageous but not essential
