Job Summary

Serving as a trusted partner to the business, the remote Senior Legal Counsel will lead legal support for market expansions, manage complex legal projects, and draft a variety of commercial agreements while collaborating closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead legal support for expansion into new markets, including entity setup and regulatory approvals
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
• Manage legal and cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with compliance and business objectives

Required qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 7+ years of post-qualification experience
• Experience at a major international or top-tier regional law firm
• Proven track record in managing complex, multi-jurisdictional legal projects
• Strong commercial instincts with the ability to align legal advice with business goals
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and modern AI platforms
