Senior Legal Counsel

Job Summary

Supporting commercial strategy and shaping key partnerships, the full-time Senior Legal Counsel will review, draft, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of commercial contracts while working remotely within a decentralized environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with the protocol's goals
• Provide practical legal advice on ecosystem initiatives, product integrations, and commercial partnerships
• Proactively identify and mitigate legal risks while supporting contract management and negotiation workflows

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience at a law firm and/or in-house with a focus on complex commercial transactions
• Deep experience in drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to make practical, risk-based decisions
• Fluency in Russian, with experience in Russian-language documentation and collaboration
• Demonstrated interest in crypto, DeFi, decentralised governance, or open-source ecosystems preferred
