Senior Legal Counsel

Job Summary

To support a growing legal team, the full-time Senior Legal Counsel will review and negotiate complex agreements, provide global legal support for commercial transactions, and counsel on compliance issues related to privacy, AI, and data security.

Key responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate structured commercial and transactional agreements with global partners and customers across various sales verticals
• Counsel on compliance issues related to privacy, AI, regulatory frameworks, and public sector requirements
• Assist in creating and maintaining enablement materials for the legal team and cross-functional partners

Required qualifications:

• Law degree and admission to a state bar with good standing
• 5-8 years of related experience as in-house counsel at a technology company and/or law firm, focusing on technology transactions
• Substantive knowledge in privacy, software, and technology licensing
• Experience providing legal support for commercial transactions
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment
