Senior Legal Counsel

Job Summary

To support a dynamic business environment, the full-time Senior Legal Counsel will advise on product design and regulatory compliance across crypto, web3, fintech, and payments, while working remotely and navigating multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise product and business teams on the design, structuring, and launch of new products, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements
• Produce clear regulatory analysis on various classifications and provide strategic guidance to stakeholders
• Track regulatory developments and embed compliance into product design, including reviewing marketing materials for regulatory adherence

Required qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 4 to 7 years PQE, preferably in-house, with experience in advising crypto or web3 businesses
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks applicable to crypto, web3, fintech, or financial services
• Experience with financial promotions and advertising regulation as it relates to financial or crypto products
• Familiarity with trading, brokerage, or market infrastructure regulations
• Ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
