Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead contract reviews, negotiations, and serve as the main legal contact for the team to support commercial growth
Develop and negotiate agreements, including SaaS and software licensing agreements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide legal advice, and assist with legal operations and strategic goals

Required Qualifications:

J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
4+ years of experience in technology contract drafting and negotiation
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle shifting priorities
Prior healthcare experience and data privacy knowledge are desirable
