Senior Legal Counsel (Active Bar Required)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to support commercial contracting and legal operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and vendor agreements while managing a high volume of contracts
• Collaborate with Commercial Finance and stakeholders to analyze contract terms and deliver revenue-aligned solutions
• Build and improve the operational infrastructure of the legal function, including workflows and legal technology integration

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 4-8 years of commercial contracting experience, preferably in a technology services or consulting environment
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for technology services agreements
• Experience with legal operations, including CLM systems and contract automation
• Enthusiasm for AI and legal technology, with a focus on improving contract processes
