Senior Legal Counsel (Active Bar Required)

Job Summary

To support strategic transactions, the full-time Senior Legal Counsel (Active Bar Required) will structure, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements while providing practical legal guidance to sales, partnerships, and procurement teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Structure and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, ensuring favorable terms and managing legal risk
• Provide end-to-end legal support for high-value agreements, acting as the primary legal contact for strategic transactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess legal risks and develop efficient contract templates and playbooks

Required qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 3-6 years of experience in commercial contract negotiation
• Proven track record of independently leading and closing strategic agreements with enterprise customers
• Deep expertise in technology contract terms, including licensing models and data protection provisions
• Experience developing contract playbooks and negotiation guidelines at scale
