Key Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts for U.S. business operations
• Ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations and DoD policies
• Provide legal support and training on U.S. legal matters and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (Master's preferred)
• Significant experience as a senior in-house legal counsel in the defense sector
• Proven expertise in defense contracts and contract lifecycle management
• Strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and export controls
• Compliance certifications such as CFCM are desirable
