Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel, Commercial to join their Legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and negotiate commercial transactions, managing the full deal lifecycle
• Provide legal advice on data protection, privacy, and IP issues in enterprise negotiations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop scalable contracting processes and solutions

Required Qualifications

• J.D. (or equivalent) and active U.S. bar membership in good standing
• 7+ years of post-qualification experience
• Experience in the software procurement lifecycle, both from vendor and enterprise perspectives
• Proven experience negotiating complex technology and professional services contracts
• Strong commercial judgment with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives
