Senior Legal Counsel, Compliance

Job Summary

Providing strategic legal support for a global aerospace manufacturing business, the full-time Senior Legal Counsel, Compliance will manage complex commercial contracting, regulatory compliance, and risk management while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on commercial, operational, and compliance matters affecting the business
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial agreements and lead contract negotiations
• Support compliance programs and partner with internal teams to identify legal and compliance risks

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, admitted to practice law in good standing
• 5-7 years of experience in a corporate legal department or law firm
• Strong experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industries
• Familiarity with U.S. government contracting and compliance matters
