Senior Legal Counsel (GA Licensed)

Job Summary

Supporting a rapidly growing business function, the full-time Senior Legal Counsel (GA Licensed) will manage technology transactions, provide strategic legal advice, and enhance contract processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Drive valuable technology transactions, including negotiation and drafting of various agreements
• Provide proactive strategic advice to internal teams and support sales in closing deals
• Assist in implementing legal efficiencies and improving contract processes for the Healthcare business unit

Required qualifications

• J.D. Degree (or foreign equivalent) and membership in at least one state bar
• 7+ years of experience as a practicing attorney in a law firm or in-house Healthcare legal department
• CIPP/E Certification and/or deep understanding of global data privacy laws
• Experience negotiating contracts in the Healthcare sector
• Excellent contract negotiation and drafting skills, preferably with enterprise software/SaaS experience
