Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel - Subscriptions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated legal expert for subscription offerings, ensuring compliance across global jurisdictions
• Build and operationalize the subscription legal framework, reviewing terms of service and marketing materials
• Analyze legal requirements for online payments, promotions, and multi-jurisdiction auto-renewal notices

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of legal experience, preferably with in-house experience
• Experience advising on subscription services or consumer-facing software products
• Proven ability to track evolving legal requirements across jurisdictions
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and membership in good standing in one U.S. state bar
• Strong time management and prioritization skills in a remote-first setting
