Job Summary

Seeking an experienced capital markets lawyer, the full-time Senior Legal Editor, Capital Markets will work remotely to create and maintain legal content tailored for startup companies while supporting the development of AI-powered legal solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Researching, drafting, and maintaining practical legal content for startups in alignment with market practices and customer needs
• Monitoring legal and market developments affecting startups to ensure content relevance and accuracy
• Collaborating with Product Management on tech development and AI integration in legal offerings

Required qualifications:

• JD required
• Minimum of eight years' experience as a lawyer with significant exposure to startups
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency with generative AI technologies
• Demonstrated adaptability to work on diverse projects within the generative AI space
• Ability to write clearly and concisely about complex legal issues
