Senior Legal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Manager to oversee legal strategy and compliance while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global legal operations across corporate, commercial, competition, compliance, and tax matters
• Provide strategic legal counsel to senior management and the Board on key business decisions
• Draft, review, and negotiate software, logistics, fulfillment, and eCommerce agreements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in international, commercial, and software law, ideally in eCommerce or retail
• Background in both law firm and in-house counsel roles with a track record of strategic impact
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal tracking systems
• Fluent in English; multilingual skills are a plus
