Senior Legal Operations Lead
Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Legal Operations & AI Enablement Lead, this full-time remote position will redesign legal workflows, enhance legal tooling, and implement AI solutions to optimize service delivery within a rapidly growing legal and compliance function.
Key responsibilities
- Redesign legal workflows for improved efficiency and scalability
- Own and enhance legal tooling and knowledge systems across the function
- Evaluate and implement legal tech solutions, including AI applications, to streamline operations
Required qualifications
- Strong experience in legal operations or legal transformation within a tech or SaaS environment
- Proven track record of implementing effective workflows and service models
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools and processes
- Hands-on experience applying AI to legal workflows and documentation
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and with diverse stakeholders
