Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Operations Manager to join their legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the legal tech stack, identifying gaps and driving tool adoption
• Design, implement, and measure operational processes to enhance legal function efficiency
• Lead contract lifecycle management and support cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of legal operations or contracts management experience, preferably in SaaS or tech
• Experience with legal systems and tools such as CLM and contract negotiation
• Proven ability to establish new operational structures and improve legacy processes
• Strong judgment in navigating contracts and legal documents
• Bachelor's degree preferred; JD a plus but not required
