Senior Legal Operations Manager

Job Summary

To enhance the operational infrastructure of the in-house Legal team, the full-time Senior Legal Operations Manager will manage the legal technology stack, oversee CLM administration, and implement AI tools to streamline workflows, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the LinkSquares CLM, including workflow configuration and performance tracking
• Configure and implement AI tools to automate routine legal tasks and improve operational efficiency
• Design and maintain scalable legal operations processes and documentation to support the legal team

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in legal operations within a technology, data, or life sciences company
• Hands-on experience administering LinkSquares CLM or similar systems, including workflow design and user administration
• Experience configuring and administering AI tools for legal applications
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to learn and implement new tools quickly
• Proven ability to independently manage complex legal operations initiatives from start to finish
