Senior Legal Operations Specialist
Job Summary
Serving as the operational lead for litigation, eDiscovery, intellectual property, and brand protection, the full-time remote Senior Legal Operations Specialist will manage day-to-day litigation support, coordinate legal preservation efforts, and drive operational excellence across various legal matters.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee operational support for litigation matters, including managing external counsel and legal vendors
- Administer eDiscovery processes and maintain litigation trackers, reporting, and documentation
- Manage trademark portfolio administration and coordinate copyright registrations and investigations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; paralegal or legal operations certificate preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Legal Operations, Litigation Support, or related legal functions
- Experience with eDiscovery tools such as Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO, or Exterro
- Strong understanding of litigation holds and eDiscovery processes
- Proven experience in coordinating with outside counsel
