Senior Legal Operations Specialist
Job Summary
Partnering with the Legal team, the full-time remote Senior Legal Operations Specialist will administer legal technology initiatives, optimize contract lifecycle management tools, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the legal department.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and optimize contract lifecycle management tools, including workflow configuration and user training
- Manage AI-assisted contract review tools and facilitate cross-departmental AI governance training sessions
- Implement scalable workflows and develop comprehensive reporting metrics for the legal department
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; paralegal or legal operations certificate preferred but not required
- 5+ years of experience in Legal Operations or Legal Technology
- Experience administering contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems
- Familiarity with AI legal technology and eBilling platforms
- Strong understanding of SaaS contracting
