Senior Legal Project Management Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the service delivery for large clients, the full-time Senior Legal Project Management Analyst will manage project stages, coordinate work portfolios, and identify staffing needs, with the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with large client engagements by tracking progress, resource allocation, and reporting results to partners and management
• Identify staffing needs and assign timekeepers to matters based on expertise and capacity
• Monitor matters for financial success and ensure compliance with clients' outside counsel guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or paralegal certification required
• Minimum of five years of experience in a law firm, including two years with professional employer organizations preferred
• Previous experience working directly with attorneys in service delivery
• Familiarity with law firm billing systems and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
