Senior Legal Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide project management support across various legal areas, including corporate, litigation, and regulatory
• Design and document new processes, and implement tooling, automation, and reporting to improve efficiency
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to move projects forward

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in legal project management or as a senior paralegal
• Experience in both law firm and in-house settings, preferably in a technology company
• Familiarity with complex work in corporate, litigation, IP, and regulatory areas
• Experience in Fintech or highly regulated tech environments is a plus
• Understanding of legal tech and AI applications to enhance efficiency
