Job Summary
To support a growing legal tech company, the full-time salaried Senior Legal Recruiter will source and qualify top legal talent for in-house opportunities while thriving in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Connect highly qualified legal professionals to in-house opportunities
- Build a talent pipeline by reaching out to prospective candidates for temporary and permanent legal roles
- Evaluate candidates through screening and interviews, and draft summaries for client consideration
Required qualifications
- B.A./B.S. required; J.D. is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal recruiting
- Experience with in-house contract attorney or legal professionals placement is a plus
- Strong belief in leveraging technology to improve recruiting efficiency
- Proven ability to establish rapport and credibility with candidates and clients
