Job Summary

To support a growing legal tech company, the full-time salaried Senior Legal Recruiter will source and qualify top legal talent for in-house opportunities while thriving in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Connect highly qualified legal professionals to in-house opportunities
• Build a talent pipeline by reaching out to prospective candidates for temporary and permanent legal roles
• Evaluate candidates through screening and interviews, and draft summaries for client consideration

Required qualifications

• B.A./B.S. required; J.D. is a plus
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal recruiting
• Experience with in-house contract attorney or legal professionals placement is a plus
• Strong belief in leveraging technology to improve recruiting efficiency
• Proven ability to establish rapport and credibility with candidates and clients
