Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated Senior Legal Recruiter, this fully remote position will focus on direct-hire legal recruiting while also supporting temporary and project-based staffing initiatives, emphasizing relationship-building and quality placements.

Key responsibilities:
  • Partner with law firms and corporate legal departments to identify and place top legal talent
  • Manage the recruitment process for direct-hire, temporary, and contract positions
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Required qualifications:
  • BA/BS preferred; JD is a plus
  • 5+ years of high-level recruitment experience, with 1-2 years in the legal industry strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools, social media, and applicant tracking systems
  • Demonstrated track record of successful direct-hire placements
  • Strong business development and consultative recruiting skills
