Senior Legal Specialist

Job Summary

Managing client contract requests remotely, the full-time Senior Legal Specialist will collaborate with legal professionals and internal stakeholders to facilitate contract negotiations and ensure timely contract reviews, significantly contributing to the organization's financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the intake mailbox for new Client Contract Requests and review agreements submitted via CRM tool
• Schedule and facilitate internal stakeholder calls to discuss negotiation strategies and contract assignments
• Track the status of open Client Contract Requests and provide updates to assist in closing opportunities and capturing performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.), paralegal certification, or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in a corporate office or professional services firm, preferably in contract review
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 software programs
• Understanding of legal and contract terminology
