Senior Legal Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Legal Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for legal, compliance, and operational requests, while managing contracts and improving legal operations to support the business's growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound legal and compliance requests, gathering facts and providing preliminary guidance
• Draft, review, and manage routine commercial agreements, ensuring they are processed efficiently
• Build and maintain legal systems and resources, including AI-assisted tools to enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in legal operations, contract management, or a similar business-facing legal role
• Proven ability to serve as a trusted resource to business stakeholders in complex situations
• Experience in reviewing and managing common commercial agreements such as NDAs and vendor contracts
• Strong process orientation with a track record of improving workflows and systems
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance legal work efficiency
