Senior Level Accounting Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Level Accounting Consultant - Incentive Compensation Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the incentive compensation program, including 15+ project-based plans
• Utilize Callidus Cloud or equivalent software for data imports, reconciliations, and reviews
• Conduct reviews of commission agreements and prepare accruals with precision

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior level accounting role
• Experience with incentive compensation programs is ideal
• Expertise in Callidus Cloud or similar systems is preferred
• Strong mathematical skills and high accuracy
• Familiarity with construction management incentive programs is advantageous
