Senior Liability Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Liability Claims Adjuster, Complex.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and document claims involving liability exposures and litigation proceedings
• Conduct policy reviews, manage reserves, prepare damages, negotiate settlements, and communicate claim updates
• Provide technical expertise, support less experienced staff, and assist with catastrophe response as needed

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of property and/or liability claims experience
• 3+ years of homeowners or commercial liability & litigation claim handling experience
• Adjuster licensed in home state or holds a non-resident license if required
• Complete understanding of Section II of a homeowner's policy
• Highly effective investigation skills
