Senior Librarian Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Collection Librarian.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee cataloging operations and supervise cataloging staff
• Create quality records and find aids for collection materials
• Coordinate workflows, prioritize needs, and report on cataloging activities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in lieu of formal education
• Minimum of 2 years managing large cataloging projects in a library setting
• Experience with national and international cataloging standards
• Eligibility and willingness to obtain an NIH badge
• Master's degree in library science or related field preferred
