Senior Library and Research Analyst

Job Summary

Conducting sophisticated legal research and analysis, the full-time Senior Library and Research Analyst will support law firm clients by utilizing electronic research resources and internal tools in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducts legal, business, and reference research, distilling findings into clear reports
• Evaluates information sources for reliability and relevance, selecting optimal resources for research requests
• Assists in training attorneys and legal staff on the use of legal research tools and services

Required qualifications:

• MLS and/or relevant professional research experience in a law firm or academic law library
• 4-6 years of experience providing research in a law firm, academic library, or research center
• Experience with legal and business information resources and online database searching
• Proficiency in Lexis, Westlaw, and other legal research databases
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
