Senior Licensing Specialist - NY

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Licensing Specialist who will manage licensure applications for new physicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage licensing processes end-to-end, ensuring timely completion and communication of all activities
• Ensure all new specialists have necessary licensure applications completed by their planned start date and maintain compliance for current specialists
• Communicate effectively with physicians, teams, and third-party vendors regarding licensing processes and support onboarding experiences

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with physician license applications, including multi-state experience (IMLC and State Boards)
• Established contacts and relationships with state boards and the IMLC
• Specific experience with New York State Board and license applications
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in customer service and professional communication with stakeholders
