A company is looking for a Foreclosure Senior Lien Monitor to oversee lien-related activities and ensure compliance with client requirements and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and monitor lien files for accuracy and compliance
• Track deadlines for liens, filings, and court requirements
• Assist with training and support operational efficiency within the department

Required Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
• At least one year of work experience in a Foreclosure Firm
• Knowledge of foreclosure fees, payoffs, and reinstatements is a plus
• Proficiency in the judicial foreclosure process
• Experience with relevant software (e.g., BKFS, Vendorscape) preferred but not required
