Job Summary

Managing complex life and accident claims, the full-time Senior Life Case Manager will work remotely to make timely decisions, document claims accurately, and provide empathetic customer service while mentoring new team members.

Key responsibilities
  • Make accurate and customer-focused life and accident claim decisions using independent discretion and company guidelines
  • Document claims comprehensively and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements while meeting operational metrics
  • Provide genuine customer service, anticipating needs and fostering trust and confidence among claimants and employers
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Life industry claims
  • Proficiency in product-specific areas of Life or Disability and knowledge of relevant federal and state regulations
  • Strong familiarity with claim management concepts and medical terminology
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
