• Manage insurance applications during the underwriting process and serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Provide ongoing status updates, problem resolution, and support to ensure successful case closures
• Collaborate with the sales team and insurance carriers to enhance customer experience and drive efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Over 7 years of experience as a brokerage Life Insurance Case Manager
• Experience with multiple carrier insurance products
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to negotiate underwriting offers on cases less than $10K
• Experience in training and mentoring junior team members
