Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Life Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and assess mortality risk for life insurance applications
• Possesses deep knowledge of state regulations and regulatory compliance as it applies to Life insurance risk selection standards
• Effectively communicate with internal and external customers

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3 or more years of Life Underwriting experience
• Achieved a current sign off authority of $1 million on standard and substandard risks
• FLMI, FALU, or CLU courses completed for designation or actively being pursued
