Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Retention & Lifecycle Designer to lead and enhance lifecycle creative across various brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Own lifecycle design output across email, SMS, direct mail, and emerging touchpoints
- Manage and prioritize the workload of designer VAs to ensure timely and high-quality execution
- Act as the creative liaison between Retention and Brand teams to maintain alignment and velocity
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience designing for DTC, CPG, or consumer brands
- Experience with lifecycle or performance-focused creative, particularly in email and SMS
- Proficiency in Figma or an equivalent design tool
- Experience managing junior designers or contractors is a strong plus
- Ability to interpret compliance guidance and apply it to creative execution
