Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior Lifecycle Engagement Manager to drive customer engagement and conversion strategies remotely, focusing on optimizing the user journey, scaling automation programs, and enhancing personalization through innovative data-driven methods.
Key responsibilities
- Architect the strategic roadmap for all on-site and off-site acquisition methods, including lead-generation tactics
- Lead the evolution of high-impact automated programs to ensure scalability and personalization
- Identify and design new touchpoints across the user lifecycle to enhance engagement and conversion
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, or Growth, preferably in B2C e-commerce or D2C brands
- Proven track record of building strategic roadmaps that drive measurable growth
- Deep experience with customer engagement platforms and understanding of data schemas and APIs
- Fluency in AI/ML concepts and experience working with data scientists
- Expert knowledge of A/B testing and strong analytical skills, with SQL proficiency being a plus
