Job Summary
Owning the automated customer journey, the full-time Senior Lifecycle Marketer will build and manage lifecycle programs that enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Map and own the customer lifecycle end-to-end, defining stages and building programs that progress accounts from lead to activation and renewal
- Design and launch automation-driven campaigns across various channels to improve conversion, time-to-value, and retention
- Instrument and maintain data flows between HubSpot and other tools, ensuring clean segmentation and reliable triggers for effective marketing strategies
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or marketing automation with proven revenue-driving results
- Expertise in HubSpot, including complex workflows, lead scoring, and reporting capabilities
- Experience in building full-funnel lifecycle architecture, including lead nurture and onboarding processes
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data and troubleshooting technical issues
- Background in B2B SaaS, understanding the sales-assist motion and its relationship with lifecycle programs
