Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel campaigns that enhance customer engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement multi-channel campaigns to drive product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, and retention
  • Identify key moments in the customer lifecycle for product introduction and behavior guidance using data-driven insights
  • Monitor campaign performance, refine strategies, and report on ROI and key lifecycle KPIs
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in lifecycle or growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology sectors
  • Deep understanding of integrated B2B lifecycle marketing strategies
  • Proven experience in developing and executing revenue-impacting cross-sell and upsell campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and marketing optimization
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot and Braze
