Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to architect and execute strategies that enhance customer engagement and product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and product engagement
- Drive funnel conversion metrics through AI voice, voicemail, and text programs integrated with existing email nurture sequences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage multiple lifecycle programs and initiatives for user engagement and product adoption
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in email marketing, SMS, and/or marketing automation
- Expertise with Braze or similar marketing automation tools and strong understanding of HTML and/or Liquid code
- Experience with VoIP platforms and voice/text AI tools is a plus
- Proven experience managing A/B tests and optimizing campaigns for growth and revenue
- Experience in Financial Services and Fintech is preferred
