Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, launch, and optimize onboarding, activation, adoption, and re-engagement campaigns
  • Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing Operations to identify adoption gaps and churn risk indicators
  • Track and optimize against lifecycle KPIs, including adoption, engagement, and churn indicators
Required Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, particularly in lifecycle, retention, or growth marketing
  • Experience in global, matrixed organizations and high-growth SaaS startup environments
  • Proven experience in building and running campaign-driven programs that enhance adoption and reduce churn
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect programs to retention and revenue outcomes
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, and comfort in optimizing campaigns end-to-end
