Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Teacher and Buyer personas globally, designing high-conversion lifecycle campaigns
- Build omnichannel "evergreen" campaigns focused on driving retention, expansion, and engagement
- Align with Customer Experience teams to create consistent customer touchpoints for retention and expansion
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Customer Marketing, preferably in a SaaS or EdTech environment
- Strong record of writing clear, actionable marketing copy that elicits action
- Experience designing and executing A/B tests and analyzing data to improve retention and expansion metrics
- A deep interest in the K-5 education landscape and the ability to translate complex features into teacher-friendly benefits
- Ability to collaborate seamlessly between Product and Customer Experience teams
