Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to optimize the customer journey through data-driven lifecycle marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, design, and build data-driven lifecycle programs from campaign ideation to customer acquisition, expansion, and retention
  • Lead cross-functional campaign execution, collaborating with various teams to develop campaign briefs and manage the launch process
  • Own end-to-end QA and performance metrics, delivering insights and driving improvements through experimentation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or relevant experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in lifecycle marketing
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies in lifecycle marketing
