Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of lifecycle marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full campaign lifecycle for assigned channels, including strategy, segmentation, and post-send analysis
- Design and manage multi-step, trigger-based lifecycle journeys and document logic for team learning
- Lead creative strategy using performance data to develop actionable creative briefs and reduce revision cycles
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in lifecycle marketing campaigns with direct accountability for performance
- Strong proficiency in Iterable or similar platforms for managing email, push, or SMS channels
- Ability to design experiments and evaluate results with a solid understanding of statistics
- Experience in writing creative briefs and providing constructive feedback on performance-driven content
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication
